It was very nice to meet you at the dragon fire show today. I am the sculptor from Longview who gave you my card. I guess you can always tell the artist from the tourist. The tourist will ask how long it took to make that. The artist will ask which type of stain do you use.
I don’t see an way to attach any photos so please take a look at my site to see the pieces that I have done. They range from 3″ ceramic “Gnome Boy” to a 6′ globe that is actually a bell! But mostly I recently trying to do ceramic busts that are life like.
I appriciate the referal to the art map and look forward to hearing your radio show. I don’t recall if I told you or not but I am apart of a group that is trying to start a rotating outdoor sculpture program for Longview. Something similar to Cannon Beach’s so I would be interested in any input that you have about such a project. Thanks again.
